Hey evry1,
Continuing with the reply of parul (our h'ble sergeant at arms) about our experience so far in YU, i would like to say that YU is indeed a close knit family. Initially i did was not an official member of YU though i participated in events like the 1 for global warming in sec 17 plazza, rock nd roll, distributed tabloids nd did sm stuff that joy told us and it was all for friendships sake. And also i would like to confess that i used the name of YU in my CV (it was the end of my 3rd yr) without any formal membership or contributing substantially for the organisation...and for that my friend jyotendra even gave me a certificate of executive member. It was then that i decided to be a part of it as that certificate reminded me of my injustice to the organisation.
From then onwards it has been a gr8 journey with YU.
Also i would like to congratulate jyotendra and fellow yuites to bring this organisation to such a gr8 level.
I hav seen joy (jyotendra) working for it day and night..coming to my rum for suggestions, future plans, asking us to be a part and contribute. It was because of his efforts and your contribution that we are now a registered and tax exempted NGO. He has been a very good friend all these years, helping and supportive, always ready to help even in the strictest of his time schedules.HATS OFF to u joy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also i must say Yu is the most organised ngo i have ever seen (not to mention the number of posts we have

)...i mean seriously we dont waste any time to create a new post.
So far i have been part of various events like YU heal 1 nd 2, smiling future, Yu MEAM and now i feel more attached to it than i was before.
Bur 1 thing that i feel is that we have to follow a lot many procedures and processes before we finally do smthing..may b i will understand it at a later time...
Nyways on a closing note i wish Yu a whole lot growth and success in future.....
Good luck YU and YUites
